I have a huge passion to see the standard of communication in NZ churches and in organisations with a strong Christian ethic, be as excellent as they can be. Early this year I am coming to several NZ centres and offering a one day course in effective spoken communication.

I am tailoring the course for people at any level of leadership in Kiwi churches, or any organisation that seeks to communicate Christian values. The course is entitled: "Becoming a brilliant communicator."

I will use a great variety of communications teaching I have been assembling for several years now. It will draw on my experience as a journalist, documentary-maker, producer of effective Christian resources, Christian pastor and speaker and my 13 year history of training Christian communicators around the world.

Attendees will learn:

* how to "read" your audience

* how to be a powerful story-teller

* the uses and abuses of technology

* how to access and use the very best visual material

* how to structure brilliant messages

* the communications secrets of the world's best speakers

* building bridges from world trends to biblical principles

* the power to be persuasive in meetings of any size
